Many suffer in silence

A comment from an ex eb is

Many of us suffer in silence-thinking others will think us bonkas-We are not-Just very strong nuts to crack-Believe in yourself -Soon we will be in the arms of Jesus

I understand this comment. Its not easy to speak up.Never any fun to recollect the traumatic experiences in the first instance .Then we worry about sharing them.We dont like to be thought of as weak, different or weird.Having come from a stereotypical group, where everyone was caught up in a stereotypical vacuum so that most people tried so hard to emulate the lifestyle of all others around about them, and where you might be put down and derided if you didn’t,or couldn’t.

We therefore naturally now have fear to ever be seen as being someone who’s different. And many wont dare to share their story now either, because as believers, we were never really supposed to.The idea was we were to try to harden up, suck it in and perhaps focus on thinking about how much Jesus had suffered

Throughout thousands of years so many people have suffered in silence in this manner. If people were to allow themselves the right to ponder over how much collateral suffering had constantly occurred, year after year generation after generation, due to the christian faith, since the death of Jesus, they would need to accept and admit that the suffering of Jesus pales in comparison and was in fact very minimal

Mostly theist don’t dare to even allow themselves to thoroughly consider this?.This fear is what was ingrained into theist minds, by church hierarchy, ever since the get go (their game plan).Keep the minion fearful and therefore passively silent as well too=freedom to carry on with the game plan

Another ex eb comment is

The smear campaign kicked in to discredit anybody who dared to warn the brethren what was coming….the EB were masters at it…but what I would like to know is where are all those brothers who stood up and denounced the ‘Commercial System in the Assembly’as ‘evil’ after we kicked out the Hales back in 65….some of them are still alive…why so silent now,or have they conveniently ‘forgotten’?

Same thing applies here too. Those elderly folk don’t dare to moan about their own doubts, and any of their own hardship, their own traumatic feeling either. Even when they might have lost contact with members of their own flesh and  blood, through excommunication

The smear campaign first kicked in long long ago.Back in times soon after when Jesus had walked the earth. Even then nobody dared to question any of the lies that were being spread.Like the bullshit tale of resurrection,or casting of demons out into a herd of pigs. And so on

The idea was the human were to put all of these own feeling of their’s aside, and instead learn to focus on the feelings of God, as a God whom had been caused-wrong,by humans, back within the garden of Eden

Therefore all human suffering, caused by theism, was warranted .By shifting humans focus toward how God had suffered earlier in garden of Eden, rather than, daring to focus on how humans are suffering through aspect of theism now(= faith warranted)

The first comment was

We are not-Just very strong nuts to crack-Believe in yourself -Soon we will be in the arms of Jesus

Well that sounds great.Sounds blissfully wonderful. But then what about if its incorrect ?

Try to imagine the total amount of collateral suffering , by billions of humans, what has continued to happen throughout the ages

Most theist wont “even dare” to imagine?

They wont, dare to imagine it, in the same way exclusive brethren theist also wont, dare to, imagine it either,in regard of question if perhaps their faith in their own position in faith is wrong either

This is the danger of faith without evidence

And there is still absolutely no evidence of the existence of God .Not even a slight speck. No group of theist prayers, are being found to have been answered (IE:by a-God) any better than what any other group of theist prayers are too. Absolutely no different , in comparison ,between Christian’s prayers, or Islamist’s prayers, or Hindu’s prayer, and so on

Another ex eb commented earlier

I remember reading where at one point they went into Dublin hospital and got a load of people healed

Another one had then replied

Very interesting! Not heard that before but am not surpraised

But the reality is this.No matter how hard you look or how long you search back through historic news paper records, and so on, you wont find any evidence of this actually having happened, to any degree of what couldn’t still be completely explained within the placebo effect

Prayer has so little evidenced effect. That in fact, now in most countries its already been made an illegal act, for theist parents to decide to be favoring prayer over scientific medical help, to cure their children. This is how low the evidence is that God can answer prayer (which of course also explain too, why hospitals haven’t reverted to using prayer instead of medication)

Here is a youtube video of what try to help explain about this

People could pray to a jug, and still come up with exactly the same end results

1.Millions of ex cult member people have been down on their knee busily praying for God to step in and help enlighten the minds of wayward cult members whom they feel have been following evil.

2.Meanwhile millions of cult members have also been down on their own knees too busily praying as well, for God to step in and help enlighten the minds of wayward ex cult members whom have chosen to leave their cult

Now answer me this

Surely,if a- God exist, then at least one group should very easily be able to display conclusive evidence to help suggest why one groups obviously been on the right track, while the other groups following the wrong track ?

Loads and loads of well meaning theist have been inadvertently involved in helping to prop up harmful practices of what in fact has constantly helped to ruin so many human lives, right throughout time

Saddest thing of all is this

Because no God even exists. Then obviously it follows from that, that none of these immense injustices will ever “be able to be” served justice either

All the suffering will be for little more than to have allowed that certain groups would have a way to become extremely powerful

So powerful, that they even have gotten away with ability to freely hide extensive amounts of sex abuse

Why didn’t our governments choose to step in to do more?

Because theism has been deemed as taboo . Been deemed untouchable and been molly coddled .

Besides, governments also don’t want to get involved in “the hassle”

They already getting paid, handsomely enough, for the work they do.And hey, theist are also very inclined to vote?= don’t dare rock the boat

To help cement their freedom to cause harm.

1. The churches had used their power, of monetary power-rule gained through charity status, to gather riches, that no other non theist group would ever have had any same ability to match, to use to build hospitals and schools. So as to then be able to portray themselves as being worthy of overlooking in regard to misdeed of their harms caused to so-many . This way buying out the conscience of the general citizen

2. Meanwhile, even the cults, like the exclusive brethren, are also following suit, as well too, using exactly same tried and trusted method of monetary power-rule,to then be busily buying out the conscience of the general citizen , by setting up the rapid relief team (RRT)

Perpetuated harm disguised as good

Some theist feel they are active in doing Gods work, whenever they manage to silence the voices of atheist.

Worst of this is. If no God exist. Then ever these “well meaning” theist will also still all get off Scot free too

The atheist of today. Is a little somewhat like the Jesus of old times.Trying to caution people. And yet being then rewarded by being greatly disliked for even daring to care to do so

Meanwhile theist still love to rattle on about the love of God . Same way like all cult members, also, will be busily doing as well too

Their love require that a person would need to adhere to a certain faith

This love is not free love. As its tyranny

About ExEB

I'm a agnostic/atheist . Interested in learning more about science. I also am an "ex-member" of a group most publicly known within modern times, as the Exclusive Brethren. Whom are an off-shoot of the original Plymouth Brethren group. I'd say it likely my personality could possibly be described as quirky. You know ,as in being , unconventional , unorthodox , unusual, off-centre, strange, bizarre, weird, peculiar, odd, freakish, outlandish, offbeat, out of the ordinary, bohemian, alternative, zany I'm sure iv'e been classed as "crazy" . Many times But then, being born into a group like the exclusive brethren. Doesn't lend itself ? to tend to produce things considered as being "very normal" .Does it I escaped the Exclusive Brethren cult as a 15 year old teenager. Even since that time iv'e been trying to adjust to living life outside the cult. With much of my life being lived within the genre of "wild colonial boy" style. In the general sense of a church-rebel picking and choosing from role models who appeared within-life along the way. But as the exclusive brethren cult had traditionally maintained a general church-rule , of need to shun and totally excommunicate any ex member of their group.Treating such people as if they were dead. Thus this situation developed more to do with my need of following traditionally enforced church-rule , as apposed to it being so much about "life-choices". Certain emotional experiences, and parts of life in general, have led to me adopting a sense of low self esteem. Which is a situation i still deal with from time to time. Through my ongoing interest in science. I find i am able to gather more information to help me better understand my situation. Much about life for me, has often seemed like a massive puzzle. With many missing pieces.
