Thinking outside the box

The term use to describe a persons ability to be able to think unconventionally , with novel or creative thinking

See some info here https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Thinking_outside_the_box

I’d say that that becomes a fairly important need ,too, when dealing with issues surrounding cults. Because, cults are not so-common . Therefore the in’s and out’s of many issues and problems of what stem from cults, are also not so commonly well known about yet either

So you’d need to think creatively

People might get their education as a psychologist. You’ll get your ticket so long as you can pass the exam

But that still has so little to do with a psychologists ability to be able to think outside the box

Right?

So psychologist are getting their ticket in psychology, all ok, under the usual set-education standard. But even so, perhaps there’s still  few psychologist who are actually so well aware of all the issues being faced by a number of survivors of cults

As they don’t get taught about them all, within set– education curriculum?

There could be a number of ways that this might occur. Perhaps one way could be due to a fair number of psychologist upbringing, having not come from within realm of lower class

Chances are, that more psychologist will likely be from middle to upper-class family background ?.And it follow that those groups of parents, can also best afford to send their children through higher education . Are more often better placed to be able to offer their children, a more stable lifestyle platform, to work off of as well too. And its likely these people’s children, who’ll also then go on further to even help design the psychology set curriculum as well too (meaning less input ever comes through lower class worldview/understanding of survival )

And yet, its the lower class that perhaps might have better ability to think outside the box . Why so ? . Well basically because thinking outside the box ,often also goes hand in hand with “aspect of poverty” and lower class ability to find an unconventional creative way, with which to then be able to survive

Middle and upper class people, are not ,so often, put in positions where they might need to research/understand that lifestyle?. An as such, perhaps might even figure it should be easy ,to come up with $50’000 ,fast (which is hope, far fetched from reality of the situation at hand, for a number of people)

Yet it will still more likely be the middle and upper class that will pass exams . Including psychology

Right?

To make matters snowball . The educated people, including the qualified psychologist (more often of middle to upper class background) perhaps wont like to acknowledge that maybe the lower class unqualified person, might still happen to know far more ,about certain aspect of survivalist lifestyle, than what an middle to upper class person may ever be able to do

Why?

Because that knowledge is still not been well documented ,as yet

Why?

Perhaps because there is few lower class people with a decent ability to document their research of what was gained learned through experience of survival. They have more than enough trouble, with just trying to survive . Little chance to get past the day to day issue of survival, so as to be able to get educated enough to document the knowledge

I tried to warn other ex eb, that it might be wise to begin to plan ahead , for  situation like this one here https://www.gofundme.com/defence-against-religious-extremist or perhaps even one like this one here too https://maz63.blogspot.com/2018/09/four-days-before-christmas-2017-part-1.html

But of course, seeing as i’m “uneducated” ,then our ideas are not taken seriously

Ex eb could have been steadily raising a fund over the last ten years or more now. With use of a little bit of “thinking outside the box”

But no

Rather wait around, until such time, the shit hit the fan, already

Right ?

In my opinion, i’m not even all that surprised either,to know how a number of ex eb have already committed suicide, throughout the years past. When you deal with educated people, who think they know ,well you can sure as hell soon enough begin to be forced to realize, how you are really rubbing right up against a rock and a hard place

Right?

Here they are today, busily  demanding the survivors would quickly help front up with the cash el pronto  (no “small amount/goal” $50’000)

I feel fairly sure right now, im not helping to make myself  so many ex eb friends, around here,in openly being prepared of saying this. But never mind i don’t care .I’ll survive without need of it (popularity). Sometime loss of friends, will need to happen as being all part and parcel of the cost of attempting to be straight-up honest. That’s the way it will happen

I’ve already went ahead an donated to the fund to help Ian. Of course I have. I’m not against helping. I helped other ex eb too ,even in times when i’ve been really struggling to help myself survive. I’m ok with that

My point is

These educated people might also ,begin to be, a bit more helpful to us lower class uneducated ex eb too. If only they’d begin to listen. If only they thought it “wise enough” to perhaps begin to bother to

They are asking ex eb people to even donate a few dollars here and there.IE: small amounts . Well, just imagine if those educated folk ,had of already thought to have had a fund set up,long ago, like over the last ten year, of what people might have then been able to be already constantly donating wee small amounts of money into. Imagine the amount of what then might have slowly been already accumulated and built-up in the fund by now?

By now ,that might also have already begun to help to act as a deterrent too right?

A decent “deterrent “

A deterrent against the exclusive brethren ongoing act of tyranny, of what often occur through litigation

Preparing a deterrent is perhaps a far better plan ? (than freaking out, and stressing, “suddenly”, whenever being faced with trying to gather-in enough cash, fast enough

But at present, all too often, we are still floating around right up shit creek, without even yet beginning to craft ourselves a paddle

Due to bad planning. And an unwillingness to listen

Same old shit like what Jesus was evidently also tasked with rubbing up against too

One of the best way to fight against a cult, is become organized and well prepared

About ExEB

I'm a agnostic/atheist . Interested in learning more about science. I also am an "ex-member" of a group most publicly known within modern times, as the Exclusive Brethren. Whom are an off-shoot of the original Plymouth Brethren group. I'd say it likely my personality could possibly be described as quirky. You know ,as in being , unconventional , unorthodox , unusual, off-centre, strange, bizarre, weird, peculiar, odd, freakish, outlandish, offbeat, out of the ordinary, bohemian, alternative, zany I'm sure iv'e been classed as "crazy" . Many times But then, being born into a group like the exclusive brethren. Doesn't lend itself ? to tend to produce things considered as being "very normal" .Does it I escaped the Exclusive Brethren cult as a 15 year old teenager. Even since that time iv'e been trying to adjust to living life outside the cult. With much of my life being lived within the genre of "wild colonial boy" style. In the general sense of a church-rebel picking and choosing from role models who appeared within-life along the way. But as the exclusive brethren cult had traditionally maintained a general church-rule , of need to shun and totally excommunicate any ex member of their group.Treating such people as if they were dead. Thus this situation developed more to do with my need of following traditionally enforced church-rule , as apposed to it being so much about "life-choices". Certain emotional experiences, and parts of life in general, have led to me adopting a sense of low self esteem. Which is a situation i still deal with from time to time. Through my ongoing interest in science. I find i am able to gather more information to help me better understand my situation. Much about life for me, has often seemed like a massive puzzle. With many missing pieces.
