I challenge believers to listen right through this video, and to fully consider all the points discussed, carefully, while trying to put bias aside to question truth.
Can they do it?. Or will it be feel impossible . Feel to uncomfortable
The thought that “belief in God, can be a way to preserve” tyranny , is an interesting thought to seriously think about?.
Like, consider the simply sentence “there but for the grace of God go i” . Which is a common quote whats often used by believers, which suggest that a-God might be is involved in kind of micro managing what happens within our lives. And so as such, can therefore be seen as “creating the differences” of what will occur within different families lives. Perhaps might explain why it would be that while some families will leave a cult with their whole families still completely intact, meanwhile there are other families that wont do
As apposed to us seeing it as “just being about luck of the draw” scenario
Now, if there in fact happens to be no-God after all. Then fact is, that although on the surface this “there but for the grace of god” meme, might tend to sound benign and un-harmful
However, perhaps in a subtle way its in fact terribly harmful.
Why so?.
Well simply because, it is these very kind of claim of what will also serve to preserve the religious tyranny. Why so?. Well because these subtle quote will serve to also continue to help convince human,that a-God might in fact actually be involved in micro managing of our lives.
When perhaps there’s nothing that could be any further from the truth
Correct?
I bet that the believer that are “using” these meme, often, probably wont even stop to consider the thought at all, that very likely the captive that have remained within the cults, will also be thinking likewise as well too . As they’ll also be busily using the very same meme while still inside the cults as well themselves too. So as to help convince themselves, that it be only “by Grace of God” ,too, that they will have “remained within” the cults
It act like a double edged sword
And this is exactly how this religious tyranny is being preserved
So called “simple real pious Christian” , are inclined to see themselves and their faith, as being benign and totally un-harmful. They wont be slightly aware that perhaps their faith is ALSO STILL helping to preserve the harm
Will they?
Good chance that perhaps that important consideration, possibly wont have even cross their mind
Believer inside of cults and outside of cults. Wont even bother to give it a second thought
While believer would continue to use these meme. Then it will also remain less likely , that government would ever step in and choose to intervene
Believer should think about that. Consider the implication
Watch through this whole video. Challenge yourselves . As you watch through. Perhaps even stop the video from time to time. So as to spend a few moments to stop and fully ponder over whats being said, before moving on
Cult members very likely wont dare to allow themselves. They’ll usually prefer to remain ignorant. So much so, that they’ll even lose their conscience,along with any ability for compassion and empathy too. Cult member are world renown for this level of ignorance
But then what about non cult members. Can they actually allow themselves to feel challenged ?
