Ex-Jehovah’s Witness Therapist Dr Ryan Lee

Talk Beliefs has developed another great video, once again. Talk Belief is doing humanity a real service by their act of helping to enlighten us all in regard to aspect of religion

This video is extra interesting, to me, being that it involves an ex cult member who’s also become a doctor. Who also even helps to provide counseling to people who escape cults.

Interesting to hear how this doctor describes how he had found out that the counselor who’d been available to him,at the time when he’d first left the JWs cult, were not really helpful.

Being that they were ill-equipped and naturally unfamiliar ,with the way cults are. Therefore are naturally also unfamiliar,as well too, with knowledge of the ongoing affect that cults might have on survivors lives

Its very interesting to me, being that this experience of this JW (doctor) is resonating  completely with my own experience as well

I have also found that the counselor, are generally, unable to begin to properly understand the ongoing affect that cult abuses can likely continue to have on escapee’s lives. To understand this phenomena, we might say that generally the counselor will also fail to properly understand the affect of war, on returned servicemen lives as well too

Unless they might have been able to “become specialist“in the field of understanding the affect that war can have on lives of returned servicemen

For instance. There is the cult jargon to contend with. I had talked to one counselor about my experience of “being shut up” when i were among the brethren. My counselor was then unable to understand how anyone would be affected “that bad” by simply being someone who were being told to remain quiet

This counselor was not at all knowledgeable in regard to cult jargon. Had i bothered to continue to try to acquire counseling from this counselor, what might have hope to end up being helpful. First off, i would have first needed to “school the counselor up on” knowledge of cult jargon  used within cults

Personally i seem highly unprofessional (to me) that any counselor would be stupid enough to dare to proceed to try and counsel cult escapee. Before bothering to do their own study, of cult jargon involved, so as to prepare themselves  to be better fit for purpose

Sadly to many counselor really don’t care all that much about the outcome. They don’t. To often their main concern is that their own bank balance can grow bigger

Besides. It might require them to use intuition , so as to decide (for themselves) to do some homework

Most professional, specially within the health system, are employed due to CV showing how they managed to pass exam

So the employees “level of intuition”,isn’t something taken into account

Our whole society is run by the kind of people who all have most perfectly wonderful “photographic memory” and therefore can pass exam

Ask them to use their intuition?

Pfffttttt . Nine time out of ten you’d be far better off pushing shit uphill

Because they are from the “highly educated” lineage . First off they’d require to need to be told to go do some home study

It might require them to use some intuition for them to do so “without being” told-to ?

Ever wondered why important factor of our society can be able to be falling apart, so often ?

Consider the lack of intuition .. among the elite who’ll happen to hold highest position of importance within our societies

That’s also EXPLAINS REASON for why bureaucracy would have need to become so cumbersome and large?

That will explain?

Because of how, every so called “educated employee”, most likely also severely lacks in intuition , so therefore obviously will then STILL naturally require to need to have their own “superior” available,of who’s job it will then be to help “dish out orders to the in-superior’s”

Few people are employed “for ability” to use their own intuition

Are they?

Which mean

Unless the superior have THOUGHT to be careful enough to cover all bases

Then the whole system is WIDE open to failure

Why so?

Well because generally speaking, nobodies employed to (know how) use their own intuition. Everyone is taught only how to listen to order, and how to have wonderful photographic memories

And so on

Generally speaking, nobody’s even  bothered to care to ever be on look out for “failure”

That’s only what the superior jobs are for ?

Meaning, as soon as “the superior” becomes tired and useless and/or loses their concentration or their will to succeed. Then the whole system is VULNERABLE to fold and fail and fall over, like a line of domino

That’s exactly whats been happening time and time again?

Even in our governments. They’ll also employ educated photographic minds, that generally will also severely lack in intuition

Everyone forced to have need to rely on hope that perhaps “their superior’s” might be the one who’d have remained alert and awake

Everyone else goes to sleep. Few people are bothered to “remain alert” on the look out for any possibility for failure

Not their job is it?

Weren’t employed because of “intuition”

Were they?

Bureaucracy doesn’t prefer intuitive types. Bureaucracy will most generally thrive on quality of ass licker’s ability for brown nosing

Educated photographic minds are generally only employed due to displaying their fine-ability to act minion minded robots

Few people care to “think outside” the square (due to reasons how to often you’ll be punished if you’d ever dared to do so, anyway)

So when the mental health sector is failing. Due to stupidity such as failing to provide counselor who’s be qualified to handle cult escapee issues

Nobodies becoming  aware  of whats going wrong

Are they?

And why not?

Well, generally because of how few people are bothered to exercise any decent amount of intuition .

Plus to make this matter worse, these failure are still yet to “be documented”, within any “scholarly books”,as yet , for aid of the highly educated employee’s “photographic” mind to then be able to “refer to”

Is it ?

Which then mean that folks are left feeling lost when caught without it. Whenever caught in situation before “the answer” have had time to have been documented (for reference)

Therefore these educated folk are left stalled at an impasse , failing to cope with this insurmountable problem that “might otherwise require” the employee to have far more decent doses of intuition

Meanwhile chaos rule

So nothing generally alters coarse, that much ever, until “long after” the shits already hit the fan and done loads of damage and harm already. Until after one huge great mountainous mess has already been created

Meanwhile the educated fool still proceed to judge ALL employees qualification only by how great their exam pass detail display quality of their photographic memory capability

Generally the more intuitive type people mostly still wont even get a look in the door

A healthy society would demand to include both ?

Consider the saga of how council employed educated bureaucrat bright spark had decided in their “scholarly wisdom“,to position rubbish dump close to water way

See info https://www.stuff.co.nz/environment/111720292/new-zealands-piles-of-historic-rubbish–with-a-sea-view

All around New Zealand

What had happened to intuition?

Who that were employed, among councils, was ever awake enough to foresee this as the mistake that it always was/is?

It didn’t happen . Because generally speaking ability for intuition is always been underrated

And because

Bureaucracy generally thrive best upon maintaining status quo of quality for ass licker brown nosing

Everyone of us still pays the price

Even wars are more often ongoing due to lack of insight and intuition

The Brethren botched attempt at the review ?

also due to there being far to much “ass licking” and constant “brown nosing” going on among Brethren bureaucracy.

Combined with

Low levels of intuition and foresight

Nobody were ever awake enough to use intuition and discern the amount of harm that the callous evil antic of Sir Bruce review wrecker Hales GREED  would likely cause unto people being wronged-again, who’d already been wronged beforehand

Were they?

No. They weren’t awake. They were all far to busy acting out their usual common brown nosing cult-requirement

About ExEB

I'm a agnostic/atheist . Interested in learning more about science. I also am an "ex-member" of a group most publicly known within modern times, as the Exclusive Brethren. Whom are an off-shoot of the original Plymouth Brethren group. I'd say it likely my personality could possibly be described as quirky. You know ,as in being , unconventional , unorthodox , unusual, off-centre, strange, bizarre, weird, peculiar, odd, freakish, outlandish, offbeat, out of the ordinary, bohemian, alternative, zany I'm sure iv'e been classed as "crazy" . Many times But then, being born into a group like the exclusive brethren. Doesn't lend itself ? to tend to produce things considered as being "very normal" .Does it I escaped the Exclusive Brethren cult as a 15 year old teenager. Even since that time iv'e been trying to adjust to living life outside the cult. With much of my life being lived within the genre of "wild colonial boy" style. In the general sense of a church-rebel picking and choosing from role models who appeared within-life along the way. But as the exclusive brethren cult had traditionally maintained a general church-rule , of need to shun and totally excommunicate any ex member of their group.Treating such people as if they were dead. Thus this situation developed more to do with my need of following traditionally enforced church-rule , as apposed to it being so much about "life-choices". Certain emotional experiences, and parts of life in general, have led to me adopting a sense of low self esteem. Which is a situation i still deal with from time to time. Through my ongoing interest in science. I find i am able to gather more information to help me better understand my situation. Much about life for me, has often seemed like a massive puzzle. With many missing pieces.
